5. Description and discussion of the consequences of the decision taken in step 4 for the individual and for the society.
Consequences are that the animal might die during the middle of the process, or the process could be a success, and a new animal species would exist.
My question is, are there any genetically engineered species that you know of. If so, what are they and what animals are they crossed between?
4. Choose which one of the actions you would advise and justify your choice
I believe DNA crossing is the best choice because it is a faster and easier way rather than trying to breed two different species of animals.
My question is, which way would you rather prefer? Breeding or DNA crossing and why?
3. Discover the possible consequences (positive and negative) for each action
Consequences could be an innocent animal dies, a new animal species could be created, the experiment can be a fail and money is wasted, or an animal is created that has an infection that is contageous.
My Question for you is, should genetic engineering of animals be allowed? Why?
2. Finding out the possible options of action in this situation
Cross-breed species
Cross DNA/Chromosomes
For example, It is like taking a single recipe out of a cookbook and placing it into another cookbook.
My question to you is; what is another example of crossing DNA?
1. Formulation of the dilemma; what problem ar they trying to fix?
They are trying to manipulate genes to create an ultimate species.
My Question to you
How do you think genetic engineering will help our daily lives?
